Conveniently located off the main Pacific Highway, between Arkhaven Games & Hobbies and Health Body Thai Massage. Charlestown Eyecare is a short 2 minute stroll away from Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. There are plenty of available retail stores within reach such as Priceline, Cotton On, Target, Big W and Best & Less.
We have our own small private car park at the rear of the building that is available to all Charlestown Eyecare customers. Our dedicated parking area is a small vacant space right off Library Lane (behind our practice). You may enter directly through our practice's rear entrance door once parked.
Additionally, there is a 2 hour free parking area behind the clinic on Library Lane accessible via Ridley Street, Smith Street and Smart Street from 8am to 6pm on Monday to Saturday. Street parking is also available in surrounding streets for up to 1 hour.
For customers travelling down Pacific Highway, parking is available until 3:30pm – when it becomes a clearway.
Medicare benefits are payable for most consultations. Some additional fees apply for services that are not yet covered by Medicare. Our staff will be pleased to explain these fees.
Yes. 1 in 5 Australian children have vision problems. We provide specialised eye tests to make sure that any vision problems are detected and any learning difficulties related to vision are corrected.
Yes. Spectacles and contact lenses are provided at no cost for patients covered by Veterans Affairs. Our staff will be pleased to advise you on your entitlement.
