I had a painful eye condition and even though I had not been to Charlestown Eye care before, Annika saw me and diagnosed the problem. Very impressed with Annika and the staff.

Having put off having my eye sight tested for a while, I was welcomed and reassured as soon as I walked through the Charlestown doors at Eyecare Plus. I would like to thank Paul for the time he took not only to test my eye sight but also in explaining what he was doing and why. I thought choosing a frame was going to be a daunting process but I was fortunate to have both Angela and Lauren assisting me. Their patience was to be commended as they supported me with so many great frames to try on. It took less than a week and my glasses were ready. Again they took the time to fit my new frames to my face, ensuring I was comfortable in them and adjusting them so I was comfortable using the bifocals ( for the first time). I would like to thank the team from eyecare plus Charlestown for making the transition into having glasses a painless one. I look forward to coming back for my next lot of frames. Thanks again.

I used these guys today. I had lost my glasses and I am going away in 2 days. They supplied me with new lenses even though I went through someone else for the script. It was all done in an hour. Thanks for all your help Angela Byrne

I was so pleased with the service i received from krystal today. Not only did she do a great job on my eye scans she was so so lovely and kind to talk with, compassionate and totally understanding towards my personal circumstances totally irrelevant to my eyes. What a kind and caring woman.

It was a pleasure to meet Anneke for the first time since my usual optometrist's retirement. Lovely young lady, very professional and thorough but very friendly and a great sense of humour. I felt so comfortable with her. Highly recommend Anneke at Charlestown Eyecare. 🏆

Wonderful service! They took the time to find glasses that suit me and gave valuable advice. They are just so delightful and talkative. I went in today (Saturday) and Ailish and Krysta were truely fabulous.
